I know exactly what you mean about getting attached to Piran – we were there for just one afternoon in May and found it really hard to leave!! It was just gorgeous and I couldn’t get enough of the coastal view – nice to have a reminder of it through reading this post 🙂

Thanks Ashley but I really didn’t have to try very hard RE: the pictures. It seems everywhere I pointed my camera in Slovenia was gorgeous 🙂

Haha yes it was a long trip – it’s funny because you can see where you need to go but you can’t get there any quicker! Totally agree about Portoroz – we really liked Izola and Piran, much more authentic feeling!
