Destination Anticipation – Iceland

The first destination on our next big European adventure is going to be a quick stopover in Iceland. A place we’ve been trying to get to for over a year now, Iceland epitomizes extreme natural landscapes and unique cultural experiences.

Our 4 days in Iceland will take us through the eclectic capital of Reykjavik, the captivating Golden Circle, and through the amazing and ever-changing landscapes of Iceland’s southern coast.

What are we most excited about doing and seeing in Iceland?

While I am most looking forward to catching a glimpse of the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) and sampling some of Iceland’s “unique” delicacies, Calli is excited for the black sand beaches and wants to snap some photos of “wild” Icelandic horses.

Who can tell how Iceland will surprise us, I’m sure there will be lots of excitement over the next few days, keep your eye out for all the details to find out what we liked best!
